New Construction

New-construction appraisal assignments require analysis of the proposed or completed improvements together with relevant land, construction, neighborhood, and market information. We provide residential appraisal services for new construction and properties at various stages of completion when the assignment is within the scope of our residential practice.

Manufactured Housing

Manufactured homes present their own appraisal considerations, including construction characteristics, site and ownership interests, market acceptance, comparable selection, and applicable assignment requirements. We have experience with manufactured housing throughout our residential coverage markets.

Two- to Four-Unit Residential Properties

Michael Dolan is a Certified Residential Appraiser and accepts qualifying residential two- to four-unit property assignments.

These properties may require analysis of rental information, market rents, operating characteristics, comparable sales, and other market evidence appropriate to the assignment. Our practice does not include commercial or five-or-more-unit multifamily appraisal assignments.
